I have always been interested in writing online, having worked as a sportswriter for eight years before being laid off in 2008. I love sports and know a lot about them, but also enjoy movies, eating, hiking and running and had the chance to run a few marathons in St. George, Utah, the area I worked and lived and raised a family for 22 years.

My current work has me helping to manufacture shipping supplies. I am married to a wonderful woman and live in Utah County. As football season approaches, I'm sure that will be a topic I write about. I have other interests and will certainly expand my horizons beyond the wide world of sports, if that is OK with you.
